I just got here, what’s going on?

We created the Core3D Capsule Series as a way to ‘show not tell’ our Design → Collaborate → Sell → Reward approach to digital-first fashion.

Do I need an NFT to buy a physical item?

No. You don’t need an NFT to purchase a physical item. However we have restricted early access to the sale to NFT holders of communities that we’ve partnered with. Early access starts on Friday February 24th at 1pm and ends on Monday February 27th at 1pm. After that the sale will be open to the public until the sale ends on March 31st at 1pm.

Do the physical items comes with a Digital Collectible/NFT?

Yes, they actually come with two! Each hoodie is linked to a Core3D Digital Collectible that is linked through a unique QR code printed directly into the fabric. The Core3D Digital Collectible unlocked additional content such as our Snapchat try-on filter that gives the owner access to additional digital designs. Each hoodie also comes with an NFC chip powered by IYK that is linked to an NFT used to authenticate the physical garment.

How do I claim my Digital Collectible/NFT?

To claim the Core3D Digital Collectible simply scan the QR code with your phone and follow the directions on the Core3D claims page.

To claim your IYK NFT simply tap your phone to the label and follow the claims process. Make sure that you have turned on your NFC reader on your phone.

Do I need a digital wallet to claim my Digital Collectible/NFT?

Yes, you’ll need a digital wallet. There are some fantastic resources available at Metamask and Coinbase that will walk you through setting up a digital wallet.

Wallet security is very important to understand as it is your federated identity in web3. REMEMBER: store your seed phrase in a secure, offline place and never give it to anyone. And for more information around security, Ledger, a leading hardware wallet company, has an amazing series on wallet security here.

Do I need crypto to claim my Digital Collectible/NFT?

No, you don’t need any crypto to claim!

How long are these designs on sale for?

The sale ends on March 31st at 1pm ET or until it sells out.

Who made the designs?

The capsule series was designed by the Core3D team using our 3D design platform.

How are these physical garments made?

Each physical garment will be made entirely on-demand by our partners who are leader in the on-demand manufacturing space. They have implemented the latest in Direct-To-Fabric (DTF) technology to produce each high-quality garment to spec using environmentally friendly water based ink. This means there is zero waste attributed to unnecessary development and upfront inventory.

How long will it take me to get my physical garment?

Because these garments are made on-demand specifically for you we estimate between 3 to 4 weeks after the sale has finished.

Which countries to do ship to?

We ship to the following countries: US, Canada, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand and the UK.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free to domestic USA customers. International orders outside of the US will be charged the shipping and duties calculated by UPS. We are actively working on ways to address international shipping charges which we know is a pain point in the Web3 space.

What is the return policy?

Because these items are made to order, there is no return policy. We’ll work with each customer and our body scanning partner, True To Form, to help them determine their correct sizing.

If an item is received damaged or faulty we can offer a refund. We must be notified within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been worn or are damaged from wear and tear do not qualify.

How can I determine my size?

We will work personally with each customer to help them determine the best size. We’ve partnered with True To Form, a female-founded technology startup that generates personal 3D avatars for apparel design and fitting. The patent-pending app uses state-of-the-art scanning technology to capture body shape and size in 3D, along with full-body measurements.
